Jamaica Reducing Reoffending Plan (JRRAP)

Funded by the British High Commission, the Jamaica Reducing Reoffending Plan (JRRAP) was launched in Kingston on 25 June 2009 and provides an integrated plan that explains how the Jamaican Government will work to reduce the rate of re-offending in Jamaica.  The plan identifies the obstacles and challenges in pursuing a law-abiding life for ex-offenders and persons deported from the UK,  and sets out the steps to be employed by the local Governement in addressing these barriers.
